Cancellation/Refund Policy

You may cancel up to ten (10) days prior to the start date of class and will be reimbursed or student can reschedule for a future class without penalty. Cancellations made within ten (10) days to the class date are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

Rescue Resource LLC. reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any training course. If a class is cancelled or rescheduled, registrants will be notified as soon as cancellation is known. Should Rescue Resource cancel a course, students will be reimbursed registration payment. No other costs will be reimbursed or will Rescue Resource be liable for.

Regardless of cancellation time, if student registered and paid using Paypal there will be a $5 transaction fee assessed and money reimbursed will be adjusted accordingly.

There will be a $5.00 Charge for Certificate Reprints.

Rescue Resource reserves the right to change these policies at any time and without notice.
